Lindsey Torre, MSPH

Lindsey Torre, MSPH, is an epidemiologist in the Surveillance and Health Services Research Program at the American Cancer Society. She concentrates on global cancer surveillance. She is the lead author of Global Cancer Facts & Figures, 3rd and 4th editions, an editor of The Cancer Atlas, 2nd and 3rd editions, and a contributor to the annual American Cancer Society Facts & Figures service publications. She also conducts and collaborates on research focused on global cancer control, with particular emphasis on risk factors, disparities, and cancer in women.

Prior to joining the American Cancer Society, Ms. Torre worked in implementation of HIV prevention and reproductive health programs internationally.

Ms. Torre has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications, including book chapters and American Cancer Society service publications.
